That Gay Ghost

(image via uncleleoscollectables)

They had me at hello. Here's an idea whose time has come. You don't get too many gay paranormal television shows. The upfronts were -- with the possible exception of the Aaron Sorkin SNL-ish drama with the wholly fuckable Amanda Peet -- a magnum of chloroform. (Averted Gaze) Then this hits our inbox, the PR email to end all PR emails. From Logo:

" Logo, the cable network catering to gay and lesbian viewers, unveiled Wednesday a series development slate that includes a sitcom featuring a gay ghost and a drama about homosexual men and women serving in the military.

"The series projects in development include:

"-- 'That Gay Ghost,' a half-hour sitcom pilot that centers on the members of a conservative family whose lives are changed when they discover that a gay ghost named Cosmo is living in the closet of their new home."

The ghost was evidently whistling the ballad from Sweeney Todd. (CNN)
